Dinner
Aperitivo: Served as guests enjoy the venue or while you take photos.

Dinner Menu:
Starters Buffet:
National cheeses and charcuterie: mozzarella, Grana Padano, Sicilian milk cheeses, mortadella, salami, Parma ham
Sicilian specialties: eggplant caponata, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, panelle (Sicilian fritters), arancini, pane cunzato, different bruschetta
Seafood: octopus, squid, Mazzara shrimp, tuna with Tropea onion, swordfish

First Course:
Homemade Busiate with red prawns and Bronte pistachios
Pasta with fresh tomato sauce

Second Course:
Grouper from Pantelleria cooked in Chardonnay with grilled organic vegetables

Desserts:
Wedding cake A variety of Sicilian pastries, finger mousse, Italian gelato, granita, and confetti

Drinks:
White wine (Grillo), red wine (Nero d’Avola), Prosecco, soft drinks, and water
Cost: €90 per guest (includes aperitivo, pre-dinner drinks, midnight gelato, and snacks
